At Safir International Kindergartens focus on our children’s physical, personal, social, emotional, and cognitive well-being. We open the way for children to learn how to build, create, problem solve, communicate, learn diversity, build self-esteem, and be part of a loving community – where all are accepted. Our goal is to provide our children with a developmentally appropriate learning environment where they are encouraged to develop a love of learning.
As Safir educators, we know that children who learn a language before their teens are more likely to achieve native-like pronunciation than older learners. In addition, research has found that children have an innate ability to acquire the rules of any language – an ability that disappears in adulthood. Once children master a second language, it is easier for them to understand additional language structures.
This is why children from the age of 4 also deliver English, Turkish and Arabic. In our kindergarten, we recognize each child’s unique skills and abilities and we illuminate their lives with opportunities to develop their social and emotional skills. We also provide opportunities for them to experiment, ask questions and work with their peers while doing outdoor and indoor activities throughout the day.
