At Safir International School we use the English language as the main language of instruction. We also teach the Arabic language since most of our students are Arabs. We teach the Turkish language as a third language which allows our students to mingle and enjoy the country they are living in. We offer an American program to our Pre-K to Grade 12 students that is based on California State Standards. We use inquiry-based and hands-on activities to deliver our curriculum. Our teachers use a variety of teaching and assessment methods in order to meet the needs of our students. We have a learning support program in order to differentiate instruction for our students that is based on their abilities and needs. Our students enjoy modern facilities including science labs, computer labs, gym, sports facilities, library and well-equipped classrooms. By the time our students graduate from high school, they will earn an American High School Diploma and they would have learned the concepts and skills that will allow them to succeed in colleges and later on as they start their career journey. We care about the overall well-being of our students; this is why we make sure we take care of their academic, social and emotional needs.
